ABOUT OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS
Stephanie has over 10 years experience within the fitness industry, working in some of the UK's leading health and fitness clubs in Surrey and Glasgow as afitness instructor and personal trainer. Stephanie is also currently studying BSc (Hons) in Osteopathic Medicine at Surrey Institute of Osteopathy and hopes to combine her Osteopathic practice with Personal Training once graduated.
At the age of 16, Stephanie represented Arsenal and Fulham Ladies football academies and therefore understands how much effort is needed to achieve any fitness goal! Stephanie has also competed in over 10 Olypmic DIstance Triathlons and now hope to compete in the Fitness Model category in the next Miami Pro UK, October 2013
Stephanie uses a variety of equipment in her sessions including kettlebells, swiss balls, suspension training straps, resistance tubes and boxing equipment. Stephanie believes that dynamic, functional and body weight exercises using this sort of equipment is the most effective way of achieving maximum fitness.
Stephanie is working towards completing the highest level recognised in the fitness industry (REP's Level 4) in Obesity and Diabetes.

Adam is a qualified REPs Level 3 Personal Trainer and comes from a Millitary background. Due to a tibial injury, Adam had to leave the Army early and because of his love for fitness, decided to persue a career in Personal Training. As well as Personal Training, Adam currently works in a large health club as a fitness instructor, teaching core stability, TRX suspension and ViPR classes.
Adam works hard in the gym on his own physique, using split day hypertrophy routines to ensure maximum muscle gains. Adam can also advise anyone looking to achieve body transformation goals on the best supplements, nutrition and split day fitness programmes. Barbells, dumbbells and the squat rack are Adams preferred choice in fitness equipment.
Adam has been praised over his friendly and approachable manner within the fitness environment, with clients seeing some fantastic results from weight loss to significant muscle gains.
