Online Personal Training
Online personal training gives you the chance to receive a personal fitness programme and have your nutrition analysed by one of our qualified and experienced personal trainers without the need to even meet your personal trainer!
Your personal trainer will analyse your nutrition and base your fitness programme on the information that you provide on a few simple forms. You will also receive regular supportive and motivational emails from your personal trainer allowing you the chance to ask any questions that you may have and to keep you on the road to achieving your fitness goals.
The nutritional analysis will require you to record your eating habits and activity level over the course of a 3 day period. Your personal trainer will then be able to look at your carbohydrate, protein and fat intake for the individual days and tell you exactly what you are lacking or consuming too much of. Your personal trainer will also look at your estimated calorie output for the day (using your activity diary) and your calorie intake and advise you on the best way to move forward in order to achieve your fitness goals!
